Basic Slime Recipe
Hey guys! If you want to learn how to make basic slime, then you're in the right place!
Here's what you'll need:
PVA glue (Elmer's glue works well)
Your slime activator (see Basics)
A bowl and spoon
Once you've got those things, let's get started!
First, pour your glue into the bowl (however much glue you use will be how much slime you end up with).
Next, take your activator and pour it in SLOWLY, and keep pouring and mixing until it starts pulling away from the bowl.
Now, start kneading the mixture with your hands. It will be sticky at first, but as you knead it it should get less sticky and start to become slime!
And now you have your slime! Don't worry if it doesn't turn out perfect, as you practice, your slimes will get better and better!
And if you didn't get that, here are some helpful tutorials.
Fluffy Slime Recipe
What you'll need:
PVA glue (Elmer's glue works well)
Your slime activator (see Basics)
Shaving foam or foaming hand soap
A bowl and spoon
Pour your glue into the bowl. The slime will end up being about twice the volume of the amount of glue you use (so use half as much glue as the amount of slime you want to end up with). Add a couple pinches of baking soda, ONLY if you're using contact lens (saline) solution as your activator. Next add shaving foam (add approximately the same amount of shaving foam as glue). Then add in a tiny bit of your activator. You only need a couple drops!
Even if it looks sticky to you, just stick your hands in and start kneading it.
If it's still sticky after you knead it for about a minute, then you can add more activator. But don't add a lot! Add only one drop at a time, kneading after each until you have the consistency that you want your slime to be. More activator makes it less sticky, but also less stretchy and more rubbery - so it will fall apart too easily.
Clear Slime
What you will need:
clear pva glue
water
activator of your choice (see basics)
a bowl and spoon
Lets get started!
So, to start with, pour your glue into the bowl.
Next, pour about half the amount of glue you added of water into the bowl and mix slowly (you always want to mix slowly when you're making clear slime so the least amount of bubbles form in the slime).
Now add your activator SLOWLY until it starts to pull away from the bowl. You want to add less borax to the water if you are using borax as your activator or less baking soda to the glue if you are using contact/saline solution as your activator. (You don't want to use detergent for this slime because it will get all cloudy.)
Now, you're probably thinking, slimekid, you said this was supposed to be clear slime, but my slime doesn't look clear!
Well, now comes the hard part; you have to wait 2-4 days or until it clears up. Here's a hack; turn your container upside-down while you are waiting, and all the bubbles will rise to the "top" (which is actually the bottom) and when you turn it around, the nice clear part will be at the top and the cloudy part will be at the bottom!

Marshmallow fluff slime 🍰😋
This DIY slime is super fun and super cool to play with. It's really stretchy and looks just like marshmallow fluff! The recipe was originally created by the channel Maqaroon on YouTube.
Here is the recipe:
What you'll need:
6T white PVA glue (Elmer's School Glue works well)
6 pinches baking soda*
6T cornstarch
1T water
8T activator (you can use contact/saline solution, eye drops, laundry detergent such as Tide, or a solution of 1tsp borax in 1cup of water)
A bowl and spoon
*If you're NOT using contact lens solution/saline solution as an activator, omit the baking soda.
Put the glue into the bowl. Add baking soda (if using contact lens solution or eye drops). Mix together until incorporated.
Add cornstarch. Mix until combined but not so much that it becomes doughy.
Add water. Mix until smooth.
Add activator. Mix. If there's extra liquid it's ok.
Now you should be able to pick it up with your hands and start kneading it. It should get less sticky as you knead it. It should only take a minute or two for it to become less sticky and turn into marshmallow fluff slime!
Here is the tutorial video if you want to see the slime-making in action. Marshmallow fluff slime is the first one demonstrated in the video.
